Organizing a Charity Tour group of 20 or more is a great way to:

• - Assure available seats before sale to the public;
• - Get the best seats available;
• - Save money; and
• - Have more magical fun with more people!

Oklahoma Charity Tour will offer priority seating for groups of 20 or more to The World of Magic. To qualify as a group, all twenty seats must be for the same performance in the same price category. A discount of $2 per ticket is available for group purchases by using the “Magic Code” of any participating charity, or the code “GROUP.”

Group orders may be placed by phone to Camille Productions at 405-603-7762 or by e-mail to Groups@CharityTour.org.  Please include the following information when e-mailing an order: company or group name, group contact name, address, daytime phone number and fax number, which performance you will be attending, when you would like to go, which price category of seats, and the number of tickets needed.

Upon receipt of the group sales order, seats will be reserved for your group. A 50% deposit will be required within 30 days and full payment within 60 days of order, or 30 days prior to the performance, whichever comes first. If deposits and final payments are not received by the due date, the current seats being held will be released for public sale. Seats for group orders placed within 30 days of a show will be secured once full payment has been received.

All orders are subject to seating availability.  Seating allocations will be at the discretion of Camille Productions.

Group leaders may change the number of tickets reserved or adjust their group size without penalty prior to making full payment. The minimum group number must be maintained. If requested, one invoice will be sent at the time the order is placed.  If the number of tickets in your order changes one additional invoice may be requested at no additional charge.

Payment may be paid by credit card, check or money order.  Please submit one form of payment, with checks or money orders payable to "Oklahoma Charity Tour." Multiple checks or money orders will not be accepted.  Please note that purchase orders are not a recognized form of payment.

Upon receipt of full payment, your group tickets and information will be mailed to the group contact person.

Upon request, promotional materials are available to assist in selling your group tickets, subject to availability.

There are no handling fees on group tickets when purchased as described above.
